The Application is meant to be a client application for a atlas device family developed by us. Atlas devices are stationed on buses, boats etc, and provide movie and/or music streaming service which can be consumed by Application.
The Application does not obtain any information from the user when it is installed.
Application does not collect or record any information about its user or users device. Access to certain information is required at run time to ensure functionality of application (eg. stop-resume audio playback on incoming phone call, auto connect to wifi network if previously network was used, etc).
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third parties do not see, nor have access to any information obtained by the Application.
If you are troubled that Application has access to certain information you can uninstall the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. All the employees and contractors are bonded by legal contract to keep this information secure and safe.
